The waterfall, listed in the Guinness Book of Records, is 45 metres high, 72 metres wide at the top and 75 metres at the bottom. The hotel itself offers 646 rooms spread over 12 floors. There is also a multi-functional hall capable of accommodating 400 diners or 500 persons in a conference situation. It features a 6-soundtrack translation system and 5 different types of meeting rooms. The hotel offers a number of tea houses including the Milky Way Tea House and The Great Waterfall Tea Hall. The latter offers famous Chinese tea and beautiful scenery. The hotel is air-conditioned and has a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facility, lift access, café, hairdressers' salon, a number of restaurants, Internet and WLAN access, as well as room and laundry services. Bicycles can be hired from the hotel. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form of a car park and parking garage.
