Renovated in 2008, this garden villa hotel is where rich history and culture meet, as well the latest trends and styles. Remodelled from a century-old German-style castle, the hotel offers wonderful ocean views. The European design, combined with a homely atmosphere, make it the ideal place from which to experience the history and culture of the city. The air-conditioned lobby features a 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and newspaper stand. There is a café, restaurant and bar on site, as well as conference facilities for business guests. WLAN Internet access is available throughout the hotel. For an additional fee, guests may make use of the room and laundry services. Bicycles may be hired, and there is a car park for guests wishing to bring their own vehicles.

Conveniently located at the junction between the Seaside Scenery District and the city business centre, this hotel is only a couple of minutes' walk from the Ten Scenic Spots and 10 minutes' walk from the business and shopping district of Zhongshan Road. The sea is around 50 m from the accommodation and the nearest bathing beach is approximately 10 minutes away by foot. The bus station is only 50 m from the hotel and Qingdao station is approximately 1 km away.
